Responsibilities:

Formulate strategic SEND policy, leading EHC assessments and teaching support frameworks

Line-manage TAs, counselling support, and coordinate with external providers
*
Design whole‑school inclusion training, ensuring teachers consistently adapt
*
Oversee SEND budgets, implementation of assistive technologies, and annual reporting to governors
Candidate Requirements:

Accredited SENCO, QTS, experience in school leadership

Deep knowledge of SEND legislation and practice

Capable of managing complex casework and multi-agency coordination
