The Role

This role would suit an engineer with experience of installing equipment and appliances in a mechanical and electrical environment. Experience in the mechanical/electrical industry would be an advantage but is not essential – we provide comprehensive training and development which we tailor to the experience of the individual.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a "have a go" attitude and have a desire to "find a way" to solve problems. You will be flexible and have a willingness to learn and a passion for customer service. You will have a full UK driving licence and act in line with our Company Values – Heart, Drive and Integrity. Role and Responsibilities
The following are the key responsibilities:
· Install and commission new commercial laundry equipment and dishwashers to a high quality standard, and complete basic onsite service work to ensure a successful installation, on your own and as part of the install team
· Complete additional site service work and modifications as required
· Providing training to staff on site following the installation
· Working closely with the Installation Co-ordinator, Installation team and the Business Development Managers to co-ordinate and plan installations
· Service Laundry and dishwashing equipment on a periodic basis when required
· Responsible for your van, ensuring it is fully stocked and is maintained in clean condition at all times
· Undertake site surveys for replacement machines
· Completing workshop duties including testing and refurbishing equipment and scrapping/recycling machines and materials.
· Providing fantastic customer service to all clients and positively represent JTM Service
