Job Description
Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and efficiently.Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.Respond to internal and external financial queries professionally.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance.Experience within the property industry or a similar sector.Strong numerical and analytical skills.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to work effectively within a team environment.Sage X3 experience is a bonusWhat's on Offer
