The Role
As People Partner, youll work closely with managers and employees across the business to deliver a broad, hands-on HR service while also driving forward key people initiatives. Youll be a trusted advisor, able to build relationships quickly and adapt your approach to suit a dynamic and evolving environment.
This is a generalist role with exposure to both day-to-day HR operations and strategic projects, giving you the opportunity to make a tangible difference.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with managers to support all areas of the employee lifecycle including onboarding/off-boarding, performance management, engagement and personal development.
Provide clear, practical advice on employee relations matters.
Support and lead on HR projects that drive engagement, performance, and wellbeing.
Review, update, and embed HR policies and procedures in line with best practice.
Maintain and analyse HR data and reporting to support decision-making.
Drive people-focused processes and programmes that reflect the culture and values of the business.
Support recruitment and talent development in collaboration with the leadership team.
About You
Experience in a broad HR generalist role, ideally within a growing SME.
Comfortable operating in a standalone or small HR team environment.
Confident providing pragmatic HR advice to managers and employees.
Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
Proactive, organised, and adaptable able to juggle multiple priorities.
A great communicator who thrives in a collaborative and informal culture.
