We are looking for an experienced and talented Night Porter to join our fantastic venue.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Maintain a consistently high level of professional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and cared for throughout their stay.
* Guest Escort & Room Orientation: Escort guests to their rooms, providing a detailed tour of the room facilities such as light switches, heating controls, TV, and more.
* Luggage Assistance: Assist guests with their luggage upon arrival, ensure the timely delivery of luggage to rooms for early arrivals, and manage luggage storage upon check-out with proper tagging.
* Guest Requests: Respond promptly to all guest needs and requests, ensuring their stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
* Queries & Directions: Provide accurate information and directions, answering any guest queries to help them feel informed and welcome during their stay.
Requirements
* Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or a customer service environment is essential.
* Customer Focused: A passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
* Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
* Physical Capability: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and luggage transportation.
* Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail in managing guest requests and ensuring accurate luggage storage procedures.
