Title: Residential Counselor - MAP

Location: Ida Rd

Pay Range: $20 - $23.75

Schedule: 11 hrs- Sat 9a-3p Sun 8a-1p

FLSA: Non Exempt

What You’ll Do

Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Key responsibilities include:

* Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills.
* Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance.
* Administer/supervise medications per MAP guidelines and document care.
* Transport residents to appointments and community activities.
* Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies.
* Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation.


What You Bring

* High school diploma/GED; mental health experience preferred.
* Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with mobility (bending, standing, etc.).
* Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency.
* Compassion, patience, and a commitment to trauma-informed care.
* Bonus : Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese).
