What You’ll Do
* Carry out quantitative analysis of metals using industry-standard methods.
* Work efficiently to deliver accurate results within set timelines.
* Collaborate with experienced scientists and technicians in a team-focused environment.
* Keep clear and accurate laboratory records and documentation.
* Follow strict health, safety, and environmental protocols at all times.
* Help maintain stock of lab chemicals and consumables.
* Contribute to the lab's culture of continuous improvement and high-quality work.
What We’re Looking For
* A recent degree (or final-year student) in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related subject.
* A keen interest in laboratory work and scientific analysis.
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Enthusiasm to learn and apply Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and health and safety standards.
* Some knowledge or coursework related to wet chemistry, pyrometallurgy, or lab analysis techniques (a plus, not essential).
* Familiarity with tools like Excel or data analysis software is useful.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
