Responsibilities
- Leading, mentoring and developing a team of Education Recruitment Consultants
- Driving branch performance and profitability
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and clients
- Supporting and coaching consultants to maximise billings
- Developing strategy and identifying opportunities for growth
- Ensuring high standards of service, safeguarding and compliance
Qualifications
- Previous experience within Education Recruitment
- Proven success as a Team Leader, Business Manager or Branch Manager
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Commercially minded with a track record of billing success
- Passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams
