Hours of work: 11 hours per week
Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time working for 39 weeks per year plus 7 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service.
As the position is part-time/term-time, the above salary will be pro rata.

We are a small rural primary school, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Individual Needs Assistant to join our supportive and friendly team. This post is to support the Education Health and Care Plan provision for an upper Key Stage 2 child. The ideal candidate would have recent experience of delivering early phonics and maths skills support with Key Stage 2 pupils.
To start November 2025
Hours: Monday, 9.00am – 12.00pm; Tuesday – Friday, 9.00am – 11.00am.
Daily timings may be slightly adaptable.
