As the SIT Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and reporting of System Integration Testing activities across a complex SAP landscape. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all integrated components meet business requirements and quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, test strategy development, and coordination across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage SIT test plans, scripts, and acceptance criteria for SAP-related requirements. Validate end-to-end business processes across SAP modules and integrated systems. Ensure testing activities are executed on time and meet quality benchmarks. Collaborate with development, functional, and business teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Provide effort estimates and resource planning inputs to the Test Manager. Drive automation opportunities and contribute to the automation strategy. Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects. Lead defect triage and support root cause analysis. Support Agile ceremonies and backlog grooming. Travel may be required to support programme activities across UK sites. Skills & Experience: Proven experience leading SIT phases for large-scale SAP programmes. Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Fiori). Experience with SAP testing tools (e.g., Solution Manager, HP ALM, Worksoft, Tosca). Familiarity with integration testing across SAP and non-SAP systems. Interfaces experience: IDocs, XML, FTP/SFTP, APIs/Web Services. Exposure to reporting tools: SAP BI, Tableau, Qlik. Experience with cloud platforms and engineering tools (e.g., Azure, GCP, Kubernetes). Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery frameworks. Experience transitioning from Waterfall to Agile methodologies. Qualifications: Technology-based higher education (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems).
