The Role
You will be responsible for providing expert advice on eyewear, supporting patients with frame and lens selection, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout their visit. You will play a key role in maintaining the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while building strong relationships with patients.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting patients in selecting frames and lenses tailored to their needs
* Providing advice on lens types, coatings, and optical products
* Supporting eye examinations alongside the Optometrist
* Managing orders, adjustments, and fittings
* Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations
Requirements
* Previous experience working within an optical practice
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A professional and patient-focused approach
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively within a team
