This beautiful service provides outstanding residential, nursing, and dementia care for older adults. The successful candidate will bring a combination of hands-on clinical skills, strong leadership experience, and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will support and guide the nursing team while working closely with the management team to ensure excellent clinical standards and compliance across the service. You’ll take a proactive approach to care planning, audits, mentoring staff, and leading by example to create a positive and collaborative care culture. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered General Nurse with proven nursing home experience and strong leadership ability to step into a key role that shapes care quality and outcomes.
