You’ll be responsible for shooting and editing engaging, platform-native content that resonates with audiences across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok and beyond. You’ll have a keen eye for social trends, a knack for storytelling, and the ability to turn around edits quickly - regularly using existing content to create fresh, attention-grabbing videos.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and direct shoots with our Directors and Head of Social, from key marketing campaigns to smaller trainer-led shoots, community events and filming for in-app content
* Experience of managing full end-to-end production: pre-production, lighting design, audio, camera operation, and final delivery
* Edit short-form, trend-driven video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms
* Introduce new ideas, formats, transitions, and storytelling approaches that elevate our output, participating in brainstorm for our ongoing content
* Maintain equipment, create standardised setups, and recommend sensible upgrades
Skills:
* Mid-level shooter/editor within an agency or commercial content environment
* Strong grasp of lighting craft, not just technical camera knowledge
* Confident directing talent and crew on location
* Expert in Premiere Pro and/Final Cut, plus some After Effects ability for Motion elements
* Proven track record producing polished commercial and social-first content
