Required Skills and Qualifications
* ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent) with significant experience in audit
* Proven experience managing audits from planning through to completion
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of junior staff
* Excellent communication skills, confident in building and maintaining strong client relationships
* A thorough understanding of UK accounting and audit standards
* A proactive, organised, and client-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
