Overview

Account Coordinator role at Lean Vision. Mach Recruitment is a recruitment agency providing on‑site and branch recruitment services, supplying flexible and permanent labour at affordable rates quickly and efficiently.


Location

Barnsley/Sheffield (own car required)


Salary

DOE up to £28K per annum


Responsibilities

* Deliver the agreed service provision and manage day‑to‑day functions against SLA/KPI pack.
* Maintain client relationship on site with the General Manager / Site Lead and their team.
* Develop recruitment forecasting on a monthly to quarterly basis and report KPIs daily.
* Prepare and support service reviews and be an active member of the presentation team.
* Attract candidates through advertising, social media, job centres and training providers.
* Screen candidates for interview and ensure compliance eligibility to work in the UK before interviewing.
* Conduct interviews & selection ethically and efficiently, and complete new‑starter induction paperwork per client agreement.
* Fill client temporary worker requirements daily and manage absence and retention of temporary staff.
* Ensure compliance with UK legislation and regulations (Agency Working Regulations 2010, Working Time Regulations 1998, Health & Safety Work Act 1974).
* Manage temporary workers’ rotas, time management, behavioural control, and sign‑in/out registers.
* Complete weekly payroll hours, verify correct pay rates, hours, and approved holidays.
* Control company stock levels to match recruitment forecasting.
* Gather due diligence in the local market and work to maximise revenue and manage budget.
* Promote Mach Recruitment services and represent the company positively and professionally.
* Collaborate with line manager, HR, and directors to enhance service provision and internal projects.


Experience / Attributes

* Managed Services recruitment experience.
* Large‑scale volume recruitment through a branch network.
* Understanding of recruitment legislation.
* Client‑facing customer service experience.
* Accuracy and attention to detail with large data sets.
* Leadership ability and willingness to lead a team.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks with varying deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
* Independent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
* Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Presentation skills to internal and external stakeholders.
* Flexibility to accommodate business needs.
* Ambitious and driven to elevate business performance.
* Work hours may vary; flexibility required due to business nature.
