Sous Chef Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Professional experience in a similar role within a luxury or fine dining setting
* Passionate about the culinary arts with a drive to advance in the profession
* Formal culinary qualifications, such as an apprenticeship or NVQ in Professional Cookery, are advantageous but not essential
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
Sous Chef Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing kitchen operations across two distinct dining settings
* Engage in food preparation, stock control, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness
* Contribute to menu creation and seasonal adjustments in collaboration with the culinary team
* Interact with an in-house Kitchen Gardener to incorporate fresh, garden-sourced ingredients
