Are you a graduate looking to make a real impact in the classroom and available to start immediately? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join an Ofsted 'Outstanding' primary academy in East Dulwich.

Your Key Responsibilities
* 1:1 & Group Support: Work closely with children with SEND to ensure they can safely access the curriculum.
* Interventions: Lead small group sessions in literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
* Collaboration: Provide feedback to teachers on pupil progress and help develop specialised learning resources.
* Holistic Care: Support children's personal needs, including social, health, and welfare matters (including basic first aid).
* Environment: Maintain a purposeful, positive classroom and assist with displays and equipment.
What We Are Looking For
* Education: A degree or equivalent is preferred
* Knowledge: A basic understanding of SEND, learning barriers, and supporting pupils with challenging behaviours.
* Experience: Previous experience working with young people (ideally in an education or training setting).
* Reliability: Ability to start ASAP and commit until at least Easter.
