Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fundraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support clients mission. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to build relationships with donors and sponsors. The Fundraiser will work closely with various departments to ensure fundraising goals are met and will utilize databases and research tools to identify potential funding sources. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans to meet organizational goals. Cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors through effective communication and engagement strategies. Conduct research to identify new recurring donation opportunities, including individual donations or sponsorships. Utilize fundraising databases to manage donor information, track contributions, and generate reports. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that highlight fundraising initiatives. Monitor fundraising progress and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve targets. Maintain accurate records of all fundraising activities and donor interactions. Skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Proficient in using databases for donor management and reporting purposes. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling proposals and presentations.
