What You Will Do Conduct and record preventative maintenance and fault diagnosis of critical plant and Equipment, Document and support the corrective actions identified Mechanical and Electrical Support and facilitate specialist subcontractors/vendors during planned, reactive or project tasks while ensuring they conform to the site procedures and agreed safety documentation. Monitor, maintain, investigate and acknowledge the BMS and SCADA systems. Undertake daily site checks to note and proactively repair any defects and to maintain plant rooms in a clean, tidy and safe condition. Rectify and record defects through the helpdesk to ensure SLA timeframes are always met. Provide rapid and effective response to customer and helpdesk requirements. Ensure compliance and escalate any issues that affect the availability, health and safety and security of the site. Adhere to all current company and Critical Engineering Management policies. Provide innovative solutions and recommendations to improve processes, building, plant and systems. Person Specification What You Will Need Strong Mechanical and/or Electrical Knowledge & experience Eligible to obtain high level security clearance (British passport holder 10 years in the UK) Good knowledge of Generators, Cooling systems and UPS systems Hold a valid UK driving license Able to organise and manage own workload Aware of site critically and work risks Good admin skills with Microsoft packages Good interpersonal and communication skills Benefits Not Specified
