About the Role
Working across the wider HR team and interacting with key global stakeholders, the role will entail:
* Setting strategy and deliverables for HR projects
* Create and manage projects end to end, including timelines, change and testing
* Manage and develop relationships with internal/external stakeholders
* Champion change and promote buy-in for new projects
* Manage budgets
* Contribute to D&I and employee engagement initiatives
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have previous HR experience at a senior level in a global professional services environment. The demonstrated ability to drive change and manage projects is essential. The successful candidate will have excellent presentation and communication skills.
