Are you someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and thrives in a fast-paced environment?
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our team at Huntworth Mill, where we produce high-quality animal feed products that support farms across the region.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Operating mill machinery and production systems safely and efficiently
* Handling raw material intake and managing weighbridge and quality control processes
* Running bagging and packing lines, ensuring accurate records are maintained
* Monitoring stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
* Following strict procedures for medicated feed and quality assurance
* Performing routine checks and supporting maintenance tasks
* Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe
* Assisting with customer service and vehicle loading

* Experience in a production, manufacturing, or agricultural setting is ideal
* A strong work ethic and attention to detail
* A team player who can also work independently
* Someone who takes pride in their work and values safety and quality
