Job Description Role: Programme Lead T-Level Childcare - Further Education Hourly Rate: £35 – £45 per hour Location: Scarborough We are working with a well-regarded and inclusive education provider in the Scarborough area that is committed to helping every learner thrive. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Lead in T-Level Childcare to join the team on a part-time basis (30 hours per week) from September. This is a temporary position and would suit a passionate and experienced childcare education specialist who is ready to lead and develop T-Level provision. The successful candidate will bring leadership experience, up-to-date industry knowledge, and a student-centred approach. They will play a key role in shaping the delivery of this important vocational programme, supporting both staff and learners to meet high standards and achieve successful outcomes. Key responsibilities include: • Leading the development and delivery of the T-Level Childcare programme • Ensuring curriculum content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with industry expectations • Supporting and mentoring teaching colleagues • Monitoring student progress and implementing targeted strategies for improvement • Maintaining strong links with industry partners and placement providers This role presents a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on learners preparing for careers in early years and childcare, while being part of a collaborative and supportive team.
