We have an exciting opportunity for a Transaction Manager/ Business Manager to join the sales team here at Vauxhall Chingford

As our Sales Controller/ Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team across new car sales. You will be responsible for building and presenting deals to customers following qualification from the sales team. It is essential that you understand all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations to ensure accurate information is provided.
You will support the department in delivering the Group's controlled ActiveSales process and drive performance to achieve agreed targets. This includes managing daily actions, engaging directly with customers, and supporting sales colleagues in selling new and/or used vehicles, add-on products, finance, paint protection, warranty, and insurances—all while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Experience & Skills:
* Proven experience as a Business Manager/Sales Controller/Transaction Manager within the automotive industry
* Strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
* A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
