Key Responsibilities Preparation of year-end financial statements for Sole trade, Partnership and Limited Companies Self-assessment tax returns for self-employed, partnerships and individuals Capital gains tax computations Completion of VAT returns in line with MTD Preparation of management accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis using a variety of cloud-based software (mainly QBO and Xero) Forming excellent client relationships Responsible for service delivery and seeking opportunities to add value Assisting with Payroll & CIS and liaising with HMRC, where required What Were Looking For Previous experience in a finance or accounts role (2 years preferred) Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks) and Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude Willingness to learn and grow into a more senior finance role Interviewing immediately, please get in contact or apply now for more information and we can reach out to arrange a call.
