Reliable Recruit are looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator for a Temp to Perm position working at our client’s site in Bury
The work will involve:
* Processing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
* Handling customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
* Investigating and resolving customer complaints and queries
* Providing information on product availability, lead times and pricing
* Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
* Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless service
* Maintaining accurate records and administration
* Participating in continuous improvement of processes and service delivery
* General admin duties as required
The working times and pay are:
* Monday to Friday
* 08:30-17:00
* £28-30K Per annum DOE
* Permanent Role
Skills/Experience Needed:
* Previous experience in a customer service, administration or coordination role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good CRM experience
* Orderwise experience an advantage
* Excellent communication skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office
