Senior Operations Analyst

What is the role?
We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical professional to join our team, with a focus on transforming complex data into compelling stories that drive decision-making and business impact. This role requires a strong blend of commercial awareness, advanced data literacy, and change leadership, with a passion for delivering insights that shape strategy, performance, and organisational transformation.
As a Senior Operations Analyst you will:
1. Translate complex data into clear, engaging, and actionable insights to support operational and business decision-making.
2. Leverage SQL, ETL processes, and data visualisation tools to extract, transform, and analyse data, enabling accurate reporting and insight-driven recommendations.
3. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations that communicate key performance trends and business outcomes.
4. Support the monitoring and interpretation of market trends, consumer behaviour, and business performance to identify opportunities and risks.
5. Build an understanding of the fashion and retail landscape to provide context for performance analysis and decision-making.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and deliver data-driven solutions.
7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reporting, and operational performance.
8. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making across the business.
How you’ll do it…
9. Proven ability to tell stories with data — turning analytics into narratives that influence and inspire action.
10. Strong commercial acumen with up-to-date knowledge of fashion and retail industry trends.
11. Experience driving business change and guiding stakeholders through periods of transformation.
12. Demonstrated history of leveraging data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data analysis platforms.
13. Hands-on experience with ETL processes and strong working knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data.
14. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
15. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.
