You’ll Be Responsible For
* Championing safety‑led construction planning, embedding conventional and nuclear safety.
* Developing integrated area‑based plans to optimise sequencing and contractor interfaces.
* Coordinating equipment, materials and logistics to meet site need dates.
* Enabling shared services planning, including scaffold and temporary utilities.
* Promoting collaborative area management across delivery, commissioning and controls.
* Implementing delivery integration processes, including work packs and interface data.
* Proactively managing hotspots, risks and constraints.
* Embedding and sharing lessons learned to strengthen future delivery.
You’ll Need To Have
* Specific knowledge, skills, qualification, and experience include:
* Experience and understanding of working in a Nuclear and Safety Quality culture.
* Understanding and awareness of working in a highly regulated environment.
* Ability to work collaboratively and in an integrated team environment.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Management of strategic planning, developing construction sequences and recovery plans.
* Good working knowledge of commercial principles affecting construction matters.
* Ability to produce informative, concise reports.
* Motivational approach and the ability to energise team members by building a climate of trust and understanding.
* Awareness of project change control and risk management processes.
* Extensive working knowledge in the delivery of large complex construction projects.
