What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting babies and young children with their daily routines and activities.
Encouraging children’s learning, development, and social interaction through play-based experiences.
Helping to maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
Working closely with nursery teams to provide high-quality childcare.
Following safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times.
Building positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
What We’re Looking For
To be considered for this Nursery Practitioner role, you will need:
A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience working within a nursery, preschool, childminding, or childcare setting.
A genuine passion for supporting children’s development and wellbeing.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A flexible, reliable, and positive approach to work.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
