About The Role
The Events Coordinator plays an essential role in ensuring the smooth delivery of QAAs online and in-person events. Working behind the scenes, you will coordinate event logistics, support improvements to our digital event platforms, and contribute to key operational processes that design, deliver, and evaluate positive event experiences for our members and stakeholders.
As the go-to person for our online events platforms (Cvent, Teams, and Zoom), you will support colleagues with setup, registrations, and troubleshooting. You will manage event enquiries, help ensure we adhere to event‑related compliance obligations, coordinate event materials and merchandise, and support the analysis of event feedback to drive continuous improvement. This role is key to the evolution of our events approach, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve user experience, and strengthen integration with other systems.
Full time, 6-month fixed term contract

You will bring strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, enjoying working with colleagues across teams to share knowledge and improve ways of working.
