Commercial Finance Business Partner
This role involves leading commercial gross margin reporting, driving profitability and supporting strategic growth through robust financial insights and scenario planning.
You will manage a team of 2 Operations Business Partners and help shape the future of customer gross margin analysis.
The key responsibilities include:
* Supporting Commercial Decision-Making: Providing insightful analysis and scenario modelling to inform commercial decisions.
* Partnering with Commercial Teams: Collaborating with commercial teams to assess new business opportunities and optimize trade terms.
* Leading Budget and Forecasting Cycles: Managing budget and forecasting cycles with a focus on sales, margins, and operational costs.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating across departments and geographies to align reporting and drive efficiency.
* People Management: Managing 2 Ops Business Partners based in UK and Portugal.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Business Partner Experience: Proven experience as a business partner supporting commercial sales teams.
* Commercial Finance Background: A strong background in commercial finance, with experience in gross margin reporting, pricing, and scenario forecasting.
* Professional Qualifications: A professional finance qualification such as CA, ACCA or equivalent.
* Location: Must be commutable to Chichester.
