This growing and busy company is looking for a Development Project Manager to join their property team, helping oversee the new build works and large-scale refurbishments across their UK-wide portfolio.
Working alongside the acquisitions team at the start of the process, you'd assist with site appraisals and help to decide the scope of works needed. From there, you'd instruct external consultants as necessary to bring the project team together, produce detailed technical specifications, monitor costs and progress throughout the work until handover at the end.
You can be based anywhere in the UK, but if you're in the Midlands somewhere, it will make coverage easier. You also need experience as a construction project manager / building surveyor or similar, be able to work autonomously, and be experienced in handling new build and refurbishment works up to c£5m in value.
