An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA to support our principal director with his diverse interests, projects and leading organisational development and growth.
The successful candidate will assist with the management of his busy life and businesses.
You will be working for an established, family-owned property investment company which has been in operation for forty years and under the control of the current director for the last twenty. The role is extremely varied as you will be supporting the Director in a range of projects, development and leadership of the business, co-ordination of the senior management team as well as overseeing personal matters and providing effective secretarial support. This is a dynamic and rewarding role which would give huge job satisfaction to the right candidate.
The successful candidate must have all-round secretarial skills as well as excellent organisational skills and a 'can-do' attitude with an aptitude to learn and a desire to become as involved in the business as the Director you will be supporting.

Key responsibilities will include:
Providing a full PA service to the Director to ensure a smooth running of their business and personal lives
Managing the Director's emails and diary
Arranging travel and hotel accommodation as required
Preparing correspondence on behalf of the Director, including drafting of replies to general correspondence
Efficient maintenance and retrieval of filing systems and muniments
Maintaining and prioritising the Director's task lists, and ensuring deadlines are met
Taking an active interest in and growing understanding of the Director's work and priorities
Secretarial support including typing from notes and dictation, minute taking, file management.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
· A bright and confident personality
· Advanced computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Excellent communication and listening skills
· Sound secretarial skills
· Diplomacy and discretion to deal with confidential issues
· Highly personable
· Responsive to situations and able to use their own initiative
· Experience working within or alongside an individual or team bringing about organisational change and growth
