Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Call Centre Support Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with inbound and outbound call centre operations, provide customer support, and help coordinate activities that enhance overall marketing campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in handling inbound and outbound calls to support marketing campaigns.
* Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
* Record and update customer information in the database.
* Support the call centre team with administrative tasks and follow-ups.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
* Maintain a professional and positive approach in all customer interactions.
Requirements
* Strong communication and active listening skills.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Basic computer and data entry skills.
* Previous call centre or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
