We have recently started to deliver Facilities Management services and are looking for a proactive Multiskilled Engineer with exceptional customer service and organisational skills to join our team as a dedicated Resident Engineer.

As a Multiskilled Engineer in our FM team you will
* Be based from our office in Salford, working predominantly for a single client across multiple sites.
* Co‑ordinate with a central helpdesk to ensure work runs in line with the programme and KPIs are met.
* Perform fault‑finding and reactive repairs and maintain high quality service paperwork.
* Prepare quotations and provide advice on electrical issues to our in‑house FM team and clients.
* Participate in an out‑of‑hours call‑out rota.
* Understand health and safety legislation and other regulations related to facilities maintenance.
* Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
* Other duties as needed.
Required qualifications and experience
* Qualified electrician (Level 2 or 3 NVQ / City & Guilds 2360, 2330, 2356, 2357, AM1/AM2 or equivalent).
* BS 7671:2018 wiring regulations (Level 3 C&G 2382) certificate.
* Experience delivering non‑electrical PPM (water hygiene monitoring, fire alarm testing).
* Experience in first‑line plumbing maintenance (plant room checks, small leak repairs, unblocking sinks/toilets).
* Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail, passion for quality.
* Comfortable representing the company and making a positive impression.
* Proficiency with a range of IT applications and professional documentation.
* Problem‑solving and initiative to resolve issues quickly.
