Salary: Up to £75,000 DOE

You will join a busy, respected team handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Your caseload will cover contracts, redundancy processes, TUPE, grievances, dismissals, settlement agreements, and tribunal claims. Collaboration with colleagues in Litigation offers further variety and challenge.

Role Responsibilities
* Advise clients on the full range of employment law issues.
* Represent clients in employment tribunal claims.
* Draft contracts, handbooks and HR policies.
* Support business clients with redundancy and restructuring processes.
* Collaborate with the Litigation team on overlapping matters.
Requirements
* At least 5 years PQE in Employment Law.
* Strong technical and advocacy skills.
* Commercial acumen and ability to grow client relationships.
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
