Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Telecom Solution Architect with a strong background in OSS/BSS and Salesforce architecture. The ideal candidate will have a co mprehensive understanding of the Lead to Cash process, Service Delivery frameworks, and some familiarity with Service Management principles. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance our telecommunications services and improve customer experiences.
