Sure Staffing Ltd is currently recruiting for the Warehouse Operative on behalf of our leading client in the horticulture and floral production industry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, friendly team within a growing company.
Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll support the daily flow of goods through the warehouse, assisting with receiving, sorting, storing, and preparing stock for production or dispatch. You'll be working in a physically active role, where teamwork and accuracy are key.
Location, Pay & Schedule
Location: Brough (HU15)
Pay Rate: £12.70 per hour
Shifts: Sunday - Friday
Hours: 6:00 AM - Finish
Job Type: Full-Time | Ongoing
Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities
* Unloading and receiving deliveries
* Moving and storing stock safely and efficiently
* Picking and preparing goods for production or dispatch
* Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times
* Completing basic stock checks and handling documentation
* Supporting other departments when required
* Following all health & safety procedures on site
About You
* Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment (preferred but not essential)
* Physically fit and happy with manual handling work
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
* Able to work flexible shifts from Sunday to Friday
