The Role
As Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the store’s performance while leading and inspiring a passionate team. With a hands-on approach, you’ll ensure every client enjoys a high-end, personalised skincare experience that reflects the prestige of the brand.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving store sales to meet or exceed targets through strategic planning and execution
* Monitoring KPIs and adjusting business strategies accordingly
* Recruiting, training and mentoring a team of Beauty Advisors and Skincare Specialists
* Motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and in-depth product knowledge
* Ensuring every client receives a luxury, tailored consultation experience
* Building lasting client relationships through CRM, events and personalised outreach
* Managing daily store operations including stock, hygiene, and compliance
* Upholding high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand identity
* Coordinating with the brand to plan events and activations
* Delivering regular reports on sales performance, customer trends and stock needs
* Managing rotas, payroll submissions and stock replenishment
