We're looking for a Reinstatement Operative to join our South West Water contract team based in Castle Canyke, Bodmin.
Location: Castle Canyke, Bodmin
Hours: 45 hours per week across Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis

What will you be responsible for?
As a Reinstatement Operative, You'll Be Working Within The Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks Team, Supporting Them In Delivering High-quality Surface Restoration Following Water Infrastructure Works. Your Day To Day Will Include
Carrying out quality reinstatement works (tarmac, concrete, paving) that meet HAUC specifications
Operating plant and machinery safely, including JCB 3CX and compactors
Implementing traffic management to ensure public and team safety
Collaborating with excavation teams to meet project deadlines
Completing digital documentation accurately and efficiently

You have a full driving licence, and a JCB 3CX or equivalent qualification
You enjoy practical, hands-on work in varied environments
You have a strong commitment to safety and quality standards
You're a team player who communicates well with colleagues
