You’ll join a collaborative Corporate Health & Safety team with strong expertise and shared learning - where development, progression and professional support are genuinely prioritised.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Provide clear, practical H&S advice to managers and frontline teams.
* Support incident reporting and investigations, ensuring learning and improvement.
* Deliver and assist with training and awareness sessions across core safety topics.
* Carry out audits and monitoring of health & safety controls.
* Help maintain and improve the organisation’s Health & Safety Management System.
* Build strong working relationships that promote positive, safe behaviours.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a Health & Safety Advisor / Officer role ideally in a multi-site or housing environment
* NEBOSH General Certificate (essential) and ideally Tech IOSH membership
* Good understanding of core H&S legislation and practical application
* Confident communicator - able to explain safety clearly and positively
* A proactive, supportive approach and willingness to learn and progress
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
What’s on Offer
* Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience

* Holidays: 28 days rising to 31 with service plus bank holidays
