We’re looking for a passionate, creative marketing manager to join our growing team by the seaside, promoting our busy and fast-paced animation studio. We hand-make puppets, have lots of plastic bricks that click together, and shoot stop-motion in our new, shining studio. BUT we need someone who can tell the world about it!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Executive looking to step into their first managerial role. We seek an individual passionate about their work, interested in new trends, and full of enthusiasm and ideas.

Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy: Develop future strategies beyond our current plan.
2. Social Content: Manage and update content across channels.
3. Website & SEO: Collaborate with our Web and SEO teams to enhance digital performance.
4. Research & Reporting: Measure and report marketing performance.
5. Email Marketing: Manage mailing lists and campaigns.
About You:
* 2+ years of marketing experience.
* Knowledge of social channels, basic WordPress, and Google Analytics.
* Ability to work with external partners including web developers, SEO specialists, copywriters, and paid ad teams.
* Positive attitude and passion for marketing and trends.
* Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not available.
* Must be located within a commutable distance of Margate, as this is an onsite role.
