What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting the centre management team in the smooth running of the sports centre
2. Lifeguarding duties
3. Covering reception as an when required
4. Supporting with cleaning
5. Carrying out first aid when necessary
6. Working within a small team
What we're looking for:
7. Be in possession or in the process of gaining an RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
8. Competent Swimmer
9. Great customer service experience - both face to face and over the telephone
10. Strong team player that can work on their own initiative
11. Flexible to work shifts, including weekdays and weekends
12. Ability to obtain a DBS check
