GSL Education are currently recruiting a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to work in schools across Worksop. As a Cover Supervisor (CS), you will supervise classes, manage behaviour, and ensure pupils remain engaged with the work set by teaching staff. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable school-based experience. Key Responsibilities: Supervise lessons in the absence of the class teacher. Deliver pre-prepared learning materials and instructions. Maintain positive behaviour and a focused learning environment. Support pupils with their tasks where appropriate. Report any issues or progress to teaching staff. Requirements of Cover Supervisor: Experience working with young people or in an educational setting is desirable. Strong communication and behaviour management skills. Confident, adaptable, and proactive approach. Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
