Supply Chain Manager
London | Hybrid | Permanent
A specialist contractor delivering power solutions across data centres and commercial projects in the UK and Europe is looking to appoint a Supply Chain Manager to join its growing London team.
The business has seen rapid expansion, increasing turnover from £80m to £350m in just three years, and continues to secure major projects across the mission-critical sector.
The Role:
Working within an established supply chain team and reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in managing supplier relationships, onboarding new vendors, and supporting procurement and bid activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the onboarding of new vendors, ensuring suitability, compliance, and alignment with business requirements
* Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers across multiple projects
* Conduct ongoing due diligence of approved suppliers, ensuring accreditations and compliance standards remain up to date
* Assist with bid processes, providing supply chain input and support where required
* Collaborate with the CSR team to support net zero initiatives and wider corporate social responsibility goals
* Develop and manage supplier rebate schemes
* Carry out supplier performance reviews and contribute to continuous improvement across the supply chain function
* Support the expansion of the European supply base, including identifying and assessing new suppliers across mainland Europe
About You:
* Experience within a supply chain, procurement, or buying role (construction, M&E, or infrastructure preferred)
* Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
* Good understanding of compliance, onboarding, and due diligence processes
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and support wider business objectives
* Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
Package:
* Salary: £45,000 – £55,000
* 25 days holiday + birthday off
