Role Responsibilities • Maintaining and monitoring the school’s network, servers and switches • Troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues • Managing user accounts, security permissions and backups • Overseeing cybersecurity protocols and compliance • Supporting classroom technology, AV systems and school events • Assisting with long-term ICT planning and infrastructure upgrades Experience and Qualifications • Experience in network administration or advanced IT support • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and networking hardware • Excellent diagnostic and communication skills • Relevant IT/networking certifications desirable Salary Paid on support staff scale depending on experience.
