The Consultancy Group are partnering with a well-known media business on an exciting Senior FP&A Analyst opportunity — a fantastic brand to have on your CV.

Key Responsibilities
* Finance Business Partner to Global Editorial, supporting cost management, investment tracking, and business cases for growth initiatives
* Partner with Licensing & Syndication, Marketing, Data & Insight, Reader Revenue, and the US COO to provide commercial insight and support decision-making
* Deliver monthly reporting, KPI analysis, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis across key business areas
* Track subscription revenues, marketing investments, and ROI performance
* Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes alongside FP&A leadership
* Develop reporting, financial models, and analytical tools to improve business insight and performance
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide clear financial guidance across the business
About you
* Experience as a finance analyst in a fast moving media, digital advertising, technology firm or retail environment, dealing with building business cases, budgeting and forecasting, reporting, analysis and insight. Experience of Digital Publishing would be an advantage.
* Strong business partner with ability to communicate financial insights clearly and simply to non-accountants: verbally, visually and in writing.
* Strong numerical and financial analysis skills; able to identify trends, patterns and drivers from financial data.
* Good team player, able to work collaboratively across finance and the business in a matrix structure.
* Close attention to detail, and a structured approach to deliver against deadlines.
* Experience working with financial and business systems to create and analyse datasets; Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills
* Ideally qualified accountant, CIMA or ACA.
