THE OUTNET are now seeking a talented Pricing Analyst to join the team who will lead clearance strategy, optimize regional pricing, and deliver actionable insights to drive commercial performance.

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
8. Ownership of Clearance process includingClearance Calendar and Commercial Targets reviewConducting Stock inclusion analysis and sales forecasting for approval by the Head of MerchandisingAnalysing marginality and targets to recommend the best Pricing approach considering regional nuancesCoordinating with Merchandising, Site and PM team
9. Support Pricing Manager in projects including:Global RRP alignmentRegional pricing structure and strategy developmentVisualisation of Tax & Duty impacts and FX rate changes on pricingReviewing and improving end-to-end TON upload pricing process
10. Collaborate with Pricing Manager on Promotion Calendar Management, including forecasting and performance tracking vs Commercial targets
11. Conduct weekly analysis and monitoring of pricing actions, providing insights and next step recommendations to drive optimal marginality.
12. Use Edited tool to analyse competitor pricing and market trends
13. Act as the Pricing process expert and Prince superuser
14. Capable of deputising for the Pricing Manager when required, maintaining team leadership and operational oversight.
The type of person we are looking for:
15. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization
16. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets
17. Experience in pricing and promotion (nice to have but not mandatory)
18. Proficiency with data tools such as CUBE, Microstrategy and Edited (preferred)
19. Confident presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate insights and recommend proactive changes
20. Strong personality and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
21. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
22. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
23. Effective communication and collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional teams (e.g. Merchandising, Buying, Site)
