The Diocese of Salisbury Academy Trust is a vibrant and dynamic organisation comprising 28 primary schools across Wiltshire and Dorset, with potential for further growth.
We are seeking an exceptional Head of Estates and Operations to implement the Trust's Estates and Sustainability Strategies. The successful candidate will oversee the strategic and operational management of the Trust’s estate, ensuring all school sites are safe, compliant, and maintained to high standards. Responsibilities include health and safety, infrastructure projects, facilities management, sustainability, and emergency planning.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Will
* Lead the design and delivery of our Estates and Sustainability Strategy
* Develop and improve the Trust estates and support site staff teams for effective management of school sites and grounds
* Ensure health and safety legislation and standards are met, keeping all schools safe and compliant
* Maintain high performance from all school contracts
* Deliver an annual capital programme exceeding £800,000
* Project manage or collaborate with external surveyors and project managers on refurbishment and building improvements
* Travel independently to all Trust schools and the Trust office in Wilton
