Job Title: Account Manager – Government (EMEA)

What will you be doing?
* Owning and growing a portfolio of government accounts, acting as a trusted and assured partner to senior stakeholders
* Driving renewals, retention, and expansion by delivering clear value and improved outcomes for customers
* Building strong, long-term relationships across defence, law enforcement, customs, and intelligence communities
* Translating complex operational needs into impactful technology solutions through demos and engagement
* Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a vibrant, refreshed customer experience
* Working alongside customer success manager
Are you the ideal candidate?
* 4+ years’ experience in account management or sales within software or technology
* Proven success working with public sector, defence, maritime, intelligence, or law enforcement customers
* Must have worked with international clients not just the UK
* A qualified, motivated, and commercially strong professional with a winner’s mindset
* Confident managing complex stakeholders and negotiations independently
* Focused, determined, and comfortable operating across cultures with regional travel
