We need a person who can work within a close-knit team, with the confidence to communicate and express ideas, twinned with the humility to listen to other people’s ideas. We need an individual who has a firm foundation of Project Management understanding and experience, but who is willing to learn and who wants to be developed.

9. We’re after individuals who want to serve. You’ll have a mission focus, and the enthusiasm and drive to ‘get things done’. You’ll want to work in collaboration with other defence training organisations, and the British Army. You won’t let bureaucracy get in the way of what needs to be done, you’ll learn lessons and share these lessons across the team. You won’t necessarily have a military background, but you’ll understand what it means to serve and to put the mission first.

Below are both the Essential and Desirable candidate qualities. At Raytheon our priority is culture: we are keen to hear from people with the right attitude, values and willingness to learn, therefore even if you feel you do not meet the majority of the qualities, we still encourage you to apply.
